Custom or personalized orders
We pride ourselves in making high quality custom products! When placing your order for one of our custom items, just let us know via the 'note to seller' field during checkout how you'd like the item customized just for you!
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to send your custom item as a gift and include a beautiful note! Let us know in the 'note to seller' section, and we'll take care of the rest!
Will I see a digital proof of my product before printing?
We only provide a digital proof for fully (not partially) custom orders. You will have 72 hours to reply to the digital proof, with any changes, or to say go ahead! Once you approve your proof, or 72 hours have expired, we will print your design exactly as shown on the digital proof.
Please be aware that if we don't hear back from you in 72 hours, we will auto-approve your design exactly as shown on the proof. This is to minimize any delays to your order, and get it to you as soon as possible!
Changes cannot be made to an order once the digital proof has been approved or auto approved!
All correspondence is via Etsy Convo, we will not email you directly.
I live outside the US, do you accomodate international orders?
All international shipping is done via USPS 1st Class International. Delivery time varies depending on location and customs.
How long will it take to ship?
We begin work on your order once the digital proof is approved. After the proof is approved or 72 hours have elapsed, we begin work on your order. Our standard processing time is 1-2 weeks. After which time your custom item is shipped!
Shipping time depends on type of shipping purchased with your order, location, and handling by postal service.
Please note that any delay to approval of your design will push shipping and production time back.
Standard domestic shipping via USPS can take between 3-5 working days. We provide a tracking number for every order!
Do you take returns or exchanges for any of your products?
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds, or exchanges. Making A Memory is not responsible for errors in text approved by customer, poor quality resulting from use of low-resolution, poor quality or dark images, variances in color fidelity, size of item you order not being ideal, other creative choices made by customer, or incorrect shipping information.
In the case of a return being accepted, the item must be in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not refund the initial or return shipping costs. Making A Memory Gifts is not responsible for any lost or damaged items once your package is handed off to USPS.
What can I do to get my order rushed?
We offer a Rush My Order service that you can purchase along with your doormat that bumps your order to the front of the line, with 1-3 business day processing and shipping.
We also offer FedEx 2-day and FedEx overnight upgrades during check out for domestic orders! Simply choose the expedited shipping of your choice when checking out, and we'll make sure you receive a digital proof as soon as possible.
Please note that we begin work on your order after the design is approved! Any delay to approval of the proof will cause delays in processing and shipping.
We unfortunately do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

20% for realtors upon proof of licensing, and wholesale upon proof of tax ID, business registration information, reseller permit/license, VAT registration number if you're in Europe, photocopies of your credit card and drivers license.
