If the customer specifies the wrong address when placing the order, we are not responsible for the lost package. We ship to the address on Etsy. If we do not receive an email with an updated address, we will not do anything with packages sent to the wrong address.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled 4 hours after placing the order. Due to the fact that this store is bespoke, the orders are fetched and trimmed to start the process on the same day the order was placed.

My package says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it
I'm sorry, but when the USPS marks the package as delivered, I can't help it. It is best to contact your local post office to help locate your package.

If you are inaccessible or abandoned the package, the funds are returned only to goods if it is in the same state as it was sent.
When I get the package, I will return the funds to you minus the cost of delivery and taxes.
Money for goods from sales is not returned.

Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
