Mazuri has a better protein to fat ratio. Hill's's ratio of 1.33 to 1 is too low (too fatty). (The ideal ratio is 2 to 1.) Hill's has fewer ingredients, which is usually a good thing. Hill's has a slightly lower concentration of fruits, veggies, grains, and starches. Both foods are pea-free. Mazuri contains controversial ingredients.
