ZuPreem has a better protein to fat ratio. However, Hill's's ratio is not bad. (The ideal ratio is 2 to 1.) Hill's has slightly fewer ingredients, which is usually a good thing. ZuPreem has a slightly lower concentration of fruits, veggies, grains, and starches. Both foods are pea-free.
