Natures Menu has a better protein to fat ratio. Tiki Cat's ratio of 2.5 to 1 is too high (not fatty enough). (The ideal ratio is 2 to 1.) Natures Menu has slightly fewer ingredients, which is usually a good thing. Both foods are 100% free of fruits, veggies, grains, and starches. Both foods are pea-free.
