Large plastic Easter egg-shaped clear container with middle split *see photos as it is chock full! I lost count when I was filling it, and lost count again when I was attempting to line up the seam to get it closed, stuffing in a few more eggs and taping it shut! From the outside, I can tell there are at least 20 of the large 4" crochet eggies and over 50 of the small 3" crochet eggies for pet ferrets or kitty cats too. There very well could be nearly 100 egg toys in this play set! I don't have an exact number because I didn't have it in me to take the tape off and start over counting! For ferrets who like to gnaw on the eggs, it's great exercise and also a great flossing action for their teeth, so let them at it. Just make sure to inspect toys regularly and dispose of any with holes chewed in them. Also, inspect regularly to see if your pet is ingesting any of the yarn. Yes, some silly ferrets swallow yarn so this may not be the best toy for all of them.
