Acana has a better protein to fat ratio. However, Purizon's ratio is not bad. (The ideal ratio is 2 to 1.) Purizon has much fewer ingredients, which is usually a good thing. Acana has a slightly lower concentration of fruits, veggies, grains, and starches. Both foods have peas, but Purizon has a lower concentration (10th vs 8th ingredient).
