Treat scoring is a work in progress. EmerAid should score higher since it is designed for a very specific situation - short term recovery after a surgery or severe illness.
EmerAid is perfectly fine to give your ferret under the guidance of a vet and in emergency situations. It is not meat-based, so it scores a D here, but that's missing the point. It's designed for high digestibility and speedy recovery.
Personally I would recommend a meat-based alternative such as Oxbow Critical Carnivore Care, or a quality canned food blended with water. However this is an alternative if your ferret won't eat any of those. This can help your ferret get through a rough patch and once they are out of it, you can start feeding them meat-based foods again.
